If you can move.... and spell.. you can Bokwa.

Created by international fitness personality Paul Marvi, it's dancing with digits and sweating out the alphabet.

Bokwa instructor Yannick Benoit is putting Perth on the map.

He says Bokwa is for any age and fitness level.

Using sign language and Bokwa cues, it's a danced based work out with no routines or choreography just improvisation.

Kelmscott Sport Teacher, Kurt Pomeroy says it combines co-ordination and cardio.
