The 10 minute exercise plans are intense- and teaches women of importance of weight training.

According to Sue, cutting out complete food groups can lead to cravings- her recipes are for the whole family and have nothing fancy or expensive.

It's not news that we are what we eat and Sues biggest motto is to women is that "you can never out-exercise a bad diet"

Sue says "chocolate cravings, and I've got a little treat that I like to have every day and it saves me from eating chocolate." So for a quick choccy fix, 2 scoops of your favourite chocolate protein powder, a few drops of water and a scoop of natural peanut butter.
