Sally "these are big meals, bigger than I expected to be honest"

Judy "There are a lot of good quality meals here. There's a lot of nutritionally dense, high energy foods here."

For lunch there's wraps or sandwiches, salads and soups; while dinner includes meat, pasta, noodles, veges and salad. Snacks are also included, but again there's a 400 calorie max...

Sally "so Judy good to see that take away is not off the menu"

Judy "the reality is we live in a modern society and we eat fast food so if you are out and about you can have a burger, a pumpkin and chicken salad or a thai beef salad .. easy things to grab when you are on the run"

Sally "should people try to limit this? What are the rules?"

Judy "Look occasionally if you have to have them they're fine, they're 400 calories and it's all about energy in and energy out, so they are part of the program but they shouldn't be the program."
