Full Telstra statement

Blue Juice Tours has a Telstra provided Digital Office Technology (DOT) phone service which has the ability to route calls to other numbers, amongst other features. Since January 2013 this service had been programmed to route calls both to Blue Juice Tours and a third party (unrelated to Blue Juice Tours). Telstra's analysis of calls to Blue Juice Tours shows less than one percent of calls were answered by the third party, and the majority of these callers subsequently called again and were successful in contacting Blue Juice Tours.

Telstra has been working with Blue Juice Tours to provide them with information about the calls they believe they have missed and offered over $9,000 for the missed calls. Telstra regrets that we have not yet been able to come to an amicable resolution with Blue Juice Tours and would like to continue to resolve this with the company.
