Bush Chef

300 kilometres east of Perth - smack bang in the middle of nowhere, to the untrained eye - it's just red dirt and shrubs - but to Chef Paul Iskov it's a pantry.

We're trekking through Mukinbudin, handpicking ingredients for an outback degustation dinner.

There's no power, water or lighting but Paul's creating a culinary masterpiece.

Along with some local meat and seafood, the ingredients we picked earlier are transformed into elegant dishes.

In the most basic of kitchens, he creates a five star feast. Now demand for Paul's amazing pop up bush dinners is gaining momentum around the country, with fans keen for a taste of our outback.
