• Ten of Seven's Australian programmes sit in the top twenty programmes for the year.

• Dancing with the Stars 4 is the number 1 programme on television - only just ahead of Border Security. The current series of Dancing with the Stars out-performs every programme on the Nine Network in 06.

• Dancing with the Stars 4, Dancing with the Stars 5, Border Security and Medical Emergency all rank in the top five programmes for the year.

• Seven has the number 1, number 2, five of the top ten and twelve of the 20 most-watched Australian programmes on television.

• All Saints is the number 1 Australian drama series. Border Security is the number 1 factual series. Desperate Housewives is the number 1 scripted series. Prison Break is the number 1 new international series. My Name Is Earl is the number 1 comedy series.

• It Takes Two is one of the two highest-rating new series on television. Seven has three of top four new series on television overall: It Takes Two, The Force and Where Are They Now. All are Australian.

• Seven News leads National Nine News. Today Tonight leads A Current Affair. This is the second consecutive year of leadership for Seven News and Today Tonight. Seven News also now leads National Nine News on Saturday.
